ArtBuilds LLC was founded in 2018 by Chicago artist Joseph Renda Jr.

As an artist immersed in the community, I saw the need for high quality and fully customizable products and services. Why should artists be constrained to store bought canvas and panels? Where do you even get a shipping crate made for your work? These were just a few of the questions I struggled with at the beginning of my career and is what launched a full fledge service company dedicated to providing Chicago’s artists with the answers they deserve. If I would not use it for my own work, you will not use it for yours.

Our goal is to service every aspect of the artistic process from the surface you paint on, the frame that finishes it off, to the crate that delivers your work to its new home.
